Welcome to Neon city from Twisted Metal 4․ Developed by 989 Studios and released October 31st 1999 Thanks to charlieamer for creating the TM4Ripper toolǃ I used thier tool to create this map and TM4 avatars․ There were some changes to some of the avaters so they could look great in VRCHAT․ Some might still have flaws and will be updated overtime․ If anyone has any request or questions please contact me on instagram ＠thelastphotograph And yes․․․ I will be converting over maps and cars from TM1 and TM2․ Hopefully in time if more ripping tools are created I will be able to port over TM3‚ Small Brawl and TMB etc․ -'The Last Photo'
