The main base of the G․D․P․M․ Roleplay server‚ ＂Sovereign City is a UNSC Base of Operations on the Banished controlled Halo Installation 07․ This Base is used for studying the ring and for the UNSC personnel to inhabit the City and defend it with their lives․ Many Banished attacks have been done on Sovereign City‚ and it has scars to tell the stories‚ but it still stands as one of the most expansive Bases on any Halo Ring․ It is also where the G․D․P․M has been staying since The Mother Of Invention fell․
