Station 3 is an unassuming Resistance outpost nestled within a maintenance area of a runoff canal bordering a residential district of City 17․ It serves as more of a safe rest stop⁄＂link＂ to the Underground Railroad more than it does as an independent base․ This station will typically only have one or two permanent residents․ These residents are cycled regularly․ It is not at all uncommon to find this station uninhabited․ It is sometimes used as an intel transmission point by undercover CP's due to it's proximity to a nearby Civil Protection depot‚ but it's positioning within a canal keeps it from being ever discovered․
