Within the City 17 Sector‚ there are parts where the combine have simply forgot about them and made sure citizens couldn't get there․ Though citizens couldn't get there‚ the rebels manage to slither through the cracks of the combines supervision and manage to live and hide here․ They didn't gather much of a gathering of people there‚ but the people who do live there live happily knowing that they get to use the perks of the combine's power generators across the city without having to worry about civil protection watching near-by․ They managed to rob civil protection outposts near by and hide here with no real trace of them ever being within the city․ ［Ported from gmod‚ created by Romeevan‚ Marco198‚ and dj hectic］
