Everyone is welcome from all parts of the globe to try and be a member of this serious group․ I truly believe in a sportsmanlike behavior․ Individuals can be kicked or banned for breaking rules or being unable to fit in the group's standards․ It doesn't matter who you are‚ but what your behavior is and if its suitable for the group․ We have a large variety of roles‚ also certified members that are trusted to be serious can create public group owned instances to represent our group as a sportsmanlike behavior culture․ We do not typically accept new users and especially visitors and those with incomplete profiles․ We are all equal and dedicated to the rules․ Just because I am the owner does not give me any kind of authority to moderate an individual from the group just because I don't like them or just because they made a slight non punishable offense․ In fact‚ for staff members‚ rules apply even more strictly which means its in a way a downside being a staff member because your not only expected to respect the rules more‚ but to also represent the group properly․ （any kind of false moderation is a permanent ban for the staff member no matter the situation） As the Owner of this group I speak all 3 required languages fluently and I am strictly dedicated to the rules to ensure proper representation of the group․
