Joint Task Force Upsilon-19 Crayon Eaters․ Is a Joint Task Force comprised of elements of a multitude of different MTFs and other foundation personnel with the sole objective of rooting out and eliminating any hostile GOIs that pose a direct threat to the interests of the foundation․ The JTF was formed in late 2016 to combat the rise of hostile GOIs appearing around the world and for the next half a decade they would operate as one of the foundations most successful JTFs until the PSI-Rho incident․ During this operation almost the entirely of the JTF was wiped out with the Survivors being transferred back to there original units․ This was until 2026 when the Joint Task Force would be reformed by the direct command of the 05 council and the director of Mobile Task Forces․ This is a RP group
