A Group for Dalek Turbo⁄D2 （Now known as RYKER INVICTUS）․ After the collapse of the New Dalek Commune and the escape of its leader from hostile capture by the UGE‚ （thanks to Emperor Willy） Turbo fled back to the Dalek Homeworld where the Timewar Daleks Resided alongside the other council members․ Despite being without his group he maintains as an emperor by acting as filler for high command in other dalek empires whenever such things are required․ Although outdated‚ and damaged Turbo hopes that in the future his chassis will be remade‚ and his empire rebuilt․ But for now he is one of three of the surviving N․D․C Members․ The remnants of a dream that was lost long ago․
